👀 Dual-Task Training

Dual-task training can be a great way to challenge older adults, young athletes, and everyone in between during dynamic activities.

Below are two slideshows that can be used to add a cognitive and verbal dual-task component to your training.

How to use:

  • Select the slideshow for 1 or 2 seconds per slide, and display in front of your patient while they stand, walk, balance, plank, squat, row, dribble, etc.
  • Ask your patient to name the color of either the background, word, or font.
